Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on orders of AUD $129 or more.

A flat shipping fee of AUD $15 applies to orders under AUD $129.

Delivery Area

MUNBYN AU currently ships only within Australia.

Orders are delivered by Australia Post using eParcel or Express services, depending on the shipping method available for your order. Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including your postcode and contact details, when placing your order.

Address Changes

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order.

If you need to change your address, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to assist you. However, once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery. Any additional costs resulting from an incorrect address or redirection request may be the customer's responsibility.

Processing and Delivery Times

• Order processing: 1–2 business days

• Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after dispatch

Delivery to remote or regional areas may take longer. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.

Please allow some time for the carrier's tracking system to update after receiving your confirmation email.
