I found that this thermal printer Munbyn model RW405B prints my labels clearly, far better thany older Munbyn printer. It's easy to use as it's Bluetooth connectivity is quick and the ease of printing a quick label while away from my desk is great. It prints in blue and red which functional-wise, makes it a versatile printer. I have it set up on the middle of me desk now along with other projects and it's not getting in the way. Its very sleek and will fit nicely in my shelf where my previous printer was.

I really appreciate the quick and easy bluetooth connectivity of this thermal printer. I also like that it comes with a paper dispenser so I can take it with me if needed and not have to fumble trying to figure out how to support the thermal paper roll. Anyone can figure out how to use it, you just plug and play! The Munbyn app is such a great tool to use with it with so many useful templates and easy interface for creating. I'm also happy that I can replace the print head in the future if needed. I haven't explored the blue and red printing options yet, but I am excited to try them! This is top quality when looking for a thermal printer for your business. ??

When opening the box there was so much to unfold. But first everything was packaged and placed into bags and a box so nothing gets broken while they deliver it you. Second the set up was simple reading the manuals, they come with cables and even a USB drive when is really useful to those with laptops and prefer to use that than a phone. Once the printer is setup you must download the app to be able to connect to it and it was AMAZINGLY quick, it connected so easily and fast, but as many others I tested to see the quality and if it worked. It did not let me down, easily printed the words onto the label with ease, the label quality is very good as well. I highly recommend this product to those with small business because this is a GOOD investment for small businesses and I hope to use this printer more and more into the future for mine.

This MUNBYN RW405B has been amazing for my small business. It prints fast, the text is very clear, and I love that it doesn’t require any ink. The Bluetooth connection is a total game changer — it makes the whole process so much easier and more convenient. Setup was simple, and it works perfectly with my shipping labels. Compact, reliable, and great for everyday use. Highly recommend!

I started baking sourdough and baked goods and needed a thermal printer for my labels. All of the reviews pointed to Munbyn thermal printing and I’m glad I jumped on this upgraded model! It’s so easy to use, easy to connect via Bluetooth and then hit “print” - beautiful labels every time! It prints quickly and efficiently , loading the different sticker sizes is easy and it’s worth the price! It’s the only thermal printer I’ll ever need!

Sleek and clean look. Easy to follow instructions. It is fast and the print quality is nice and clear. Great value for your money! Using it for shipping labels and coloring pages.

My first impression was that it was very small and lightweight. Setting it up was very easy, and the print quality is excellent. It's very fast and not noisy at all. It can be used with Bluetooth and includes a roll holder, which is great because you don't have to buy one separately. Honestly, I loved it. It's a good investment because it doesn't need ink, so you need it if you have a business or simply like decorating with stickers.

Loyal Munbyn customer here. I have the older pink one. I saw this and just had to get it.I only had to download the driver, and the MUNBYN RW405B connected to my laptop via Bluetooth in minutes. It prints sharp, professional labels with no jams or misalignments. Super reliable and such a time-saver for my small business—highly recommended.

From my research, this brand makes several different label printers, and this model seems to be their top-of-the-line version. You can download the app and use it to make your own stickers, which is a great bonus. A few sample shipping labels were included, so I tried printing them — and I was honestly amazed at how fast it prints! The setup and usage are very straightforward, and the design itself looks sleek. I’m excited to keep using it for my shipping needs and more.

This is a really nice thermal shipping label printer. Munbyn makes pretty decent gear, and this represents a new level of achievement in their offerings. Despite the higher initial cost, this is an investment for a long term printer. With a thermal printer, your costs were mostly limited to labels, but when the printer wears out, it needs to be replaced. This unit is modular with a replaceable print head. It's a great concept, and it should work. I love the fact that it doesn't need special drivers to work with major carriers.

Since I do so many shopping, I needed this printer to print labels which I usually print more than 15 a day. This printer works fantastic and labels in compare to my old printer were clear and printing was faster. Also, it does the alignment automatically which was super helpful. There is no need of ink because it's a thermal one as described.

Started using it right away. Just what i needed. Easy to set up and use.

Why I LOVE this printer:1. It can print in blue, red, and black.2. The label selection is beautiful and cost effective.3. It prints easily from my iPhone.4. The tech support is amazingly good.

I would recommend this printer to anyone who has an eCommerce business. My first label printer was wonderful for when I first started online sales, but I have (very fortunately) moved on to a volume that needed something a little more substantial that can handle a higher volume with speed. This has been perfect!I paired it to my phone within minutes. Same with my laptop, though I do send most of my labels from my phone. The labels are clear and easy to ready. No misplaced printing or printing off the edges. It can handle a decent volume with no misdeeds or slow downs.I am a huge fan of this printer for sure.

I’m using this for USPS labels and it just works. Paired by bluetooth, selected it, hit print, and every label came out clean with barcodes that scan first try. No driver hunt on my phone, and setup on my laptop was just as easy. The auto-calibration lines up labels without me fiddling, the paper holder keeps the stack tidy, and it’s quiet enough to where it doesn't bother me. It doesn't take up much space, head is replaceable, and it hasn’t jammed on me yet. Make sure to load the thermal paper facing the right way and you’re good. Definite recommend from me!

That isnt just yappin, i have a $650 zd421 from zebra and I use my munbyn 403b and 405b printers as my go to's.One has 4x6 labels and one has 1x2 labels.I would change folder viewability with munbyn but besides that, by far my favorite thermal printers and I have tested about 20 of them.Honestly, most are pretty easy setup and use but when it comes to daily use and customer service, hands down the winner is Munbyn. No hesitation.Worst thermal printer company/machine = zebra, no hesitation.

I have been able to use this for shipping and my business from home perfectly, I love the features it provides, I found it was incredibly easy to get set up, and I need to emphasize that the print quality is superb ? it's actually improved on the other printer I had previously noticeably and the prints feel instantaneous. While I have no need to print thousands of labels all at once I have no doubt this would be very capable of handling that process and additionally that it would do so quickly. The printed looks beautiful and really stands out, and I love the included roll holder, which is the reason I was only using folded flat papers before, but now can easily do rolls. I have not had any jams or delays even while printing and have to say it's been incredibly easy to use while being extremely reliable.

I have other munbyn products and they are always great. This is no exception. I love that it comes with a label holder included and it all sits together nicely. Prints look great and the machine runs perfect. Having a replaceable head too is awesome, so when it eventually wears out, I don't have to replace the whole unit, I can just buy a new head for it! Genius. Size is perfect and smaller than some of my others that do the same thing which is nice. I highly recommend this printer if you want something easy to use and can be repaired without needing to replace the whole thing.
