How does the RW941BP connect to phones, tablets and computers?

The RW941BP connects by Bluetooth to iPhone, iPad and Android devices through the MUNBYN Print app. Windows computers can also use Bluetooth, while Windows and Mac computers support a USB connection; use the connection method and driver specified for your device.

Load the labels straight between the guides and run label calibration so the printer can detect the new gap and size. Then confirm that the app or computer page dimensions match the physical labels and print one test label before a dispatch batch.

What should I check if an RW941BP label is blank, cropped or will not scan?

Make sure the thermal side faces the print head, reload the labels straight and recalibrate the printer. Check that the file is set to the exact label size with no unwanted Fit to Page scaling, then adjust print density only if the barcode remains too light or too dark.
