FAQs

Please read our FAQs page to find out more.

What is the MUNBYN FM226 portable label maker best used for?

The FM226 is designed for pantry and storage labels, name labels, price tags, product stickers, shelf labels, small barcodes and home organisation. It suits Australian households, market sellers and small businesses that need compact labels rather than 102 x 152 mm parcel labels.

How does the FM226 connect to a phone?

The FM226 connects by Bluetooth to compatible iOS and Android devices through the MUNBYN Print app. The app includes fonts, icons and templates for creating and customising labels before printing.

What label widths are compatible with the MUNBYN FM226?

The FM226 accepts labels approximately 20 to 51 mm wide and compatible receipt paper up to about 58 mm wide. Roll diameter and label count limits apply, so check the media dimensions before purchasing replacement rolls.

What labels are included with the FM226 label maker?

The package includes one roll of 50 x 30 mm labels with 220 labels, along with the FM226, power cable, user manual and quick tips. Included contents should be checked against the current package listing when ordering.

How long does the MUNBYN FM226 battery last?

Its 2000mAh battery is rated for up to eight hours of continuous work after about 2.15 hours of charging. Actual runtime varies with print volume, Bluetooth use, print density and standby time.

Can the FM226 print colour labels?

The FM226 prints monochrome and greyscale thermal output; it does not apply coloured ink. A coloured or transparent label stock can provide a coloured background, while the printed content remains thermal monochrome or greyscale.

Can the FM226 print Australia Post shipping labels?

No. The FM226 is intended for small labels up to about 51 mm wide and is not a 102 x 152 mm shipping label printer. Choose a wide-format model such as an RW-series shipping printer for standard Australia Post parcel labels.

What should I check if FM226 labels are misaligned or blank?

Make sure the roll fits the supported width and diameter, the thermal side faces the print head and the label guides hold the roll straight. Select the matching label size in MUNBYN Print and recalibrate before printing another batch.
