The RW403B supports Bluetooth with compatible iOS, Android, Windows and Mac devices, plus USB for computer workflows. Mobile users can print and design through MUNBYN Print, while MUNBYN Editor supports browser-based computer design.

Does the RW403B require ink, toner or ribbons?

No. The RW403B uses direct thermal printing and needs compatible direct thermal labels but no ink, toner or ribbon. Keep labels clean, dry and away from prolonged heat or sunlight.

Is the RW403B suitable for Australian ecommerce fulfilment?

Yes. Its 102 x 152 mm shipping label support, compact size, Bluetooth and USB connections and ink-free operation suit Australia Post dispatch, Shopify orders, marketplace sales and small warehouse workflows.

How do I fix skipped, blank or off-centre labels on the RW403B?

Make sure the thermal side faces the print head, align the media between the guides and run calibration. Confirm that the file dimensions match the label, remove unwanted scaling and clean the sensor and print head after disconnecting power and allowing the printer to cool.
